## Description

We are seeking a Senior Physiotherapist to join our team at Kings Oak & Cavell Hospitals in Enfield. As part of Circle Health Group, we are committed to delivering high-quality patient care.

In this bank role, you will work on an 'as and when required' basis, supporting our inpatient therapy services across two hospital sites. Your duties will include:

- Independently assessing and treating patients with complex needs

- Developing individualised treatment plans to optimise recovery, function, and independence

- Monitoring patient progress and adapting interventions accordingly

- Managing a designated caseload efficiently, prioritising based on clinical urgency and discharge planning needs

- Liaising with the multidisciplinary team to support safe, effective, and timely patient care

- Contributing to continuity of care by supporting patient transitions between services

To be considered for this role, you should meet the following criteria:

- HCPC-registered Physiotherapist

- Solid post-registration experience across a range of clinical areas

- Strong clinical reasoning and decision-making skills

- Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal abilities

- Commitment to team working and service improvement

- Evidence of CPD or postgraduate learning in a relevant clinical area

- Experience supporting or mentoring junior staff or students

- Familiarity with electronic documentation and outcome measurement tools

- Involvement in audit or clinical service initiatives

Circle Health Group offers a competitive hourly rate of up to £25.00 per hour, depending on level of experience, training, and qualification.
