## Description

We are seeking a Commercial Director to lead our sales efforts at Ibis Styles Medellín. As part of Accor, one of the world's leading hospitality groups, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities include:

- Managing client relationships and loyalty programs

- Conducting site visits, presenting services and rates

- Preparing sales reports and contributing to the growth of the hotel chain's sales

- Maintaining an up-to-date database and assisting in event planning

- Analyzing market trends and competitor activity

Requirements:

- More than 2 years of specific or related experience

- Knowledge of Sales and Negotiation

- Customer Service skills

- Database management and reporting

- Office software skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

- Hospitality industry knowledge

- Planning and organization of client visits

- Corporate account management
