## Description

We are seeking a Motorsport ✕ Planning Planner to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

- Fan expansion and engagement improvement measures

- Event promotion measures (designing conversion to race viewing)

- New fan club design, member acquisition, and activation measures

- Event and campaign planning (visitor benefits, collaboration projects, etc.)

- Fan community activation (online/offline)

- Development of fan goods

- New fan acquisition measures (targeting light layers and young layers)

Requirements:

- Experience in planning and directing projects

- Automobile license

- Planning and planning experience (industry not limited)

- Direction with multiple members and partners

Preferred skills and experience:

- Membership business/subscription growth experience

- Community management and fan marketing experience

- Entertainment, sports, and IP business experience

- Human production experience

- Basic English conversation skills

Working hours: 9:00-18:00 Salary: Estimated annual income 400-600万円
