## Description

As a Solution Engineer at Coolblue, you will focus on improving the returns department in the warehouse.

You will analyze how to get the most out of conveyor belts, automatic storage, and returns software using process mapping and data analysis. You will also investigate how to automate handovers with the rest of the warehouse.

Your responsibilities include:

- Optimizing the use and technology of mechanization

- Calculating capacity during growth, peaks, and process changes

- Investigating automatic handovers with the rest of the warehouse

- Making existing systems smarter, faster, and more stable

- Identifying opportunities in returns using data and process mapping

- Involving stakeholders in long-term improvement plans

You will receive:

- A salary between €3000 and €6000 gross per month, depending on your experience

Requirements:

- HBO or WO degree in a field such as Mechanical Engineering, Technical Business Administration, or Mechatronics

- 3-5 years of experience in process improvement in a technical or logistical environment

- Experience with mechanization, software, and processes in a warehouse

- Strong stakeholder management and clear communication skills

- Analytical, practical, and solution-oriented mindset
