## Description

This is a newly-created role for an individual who wants to take the next step in their technology consulting career and wants to hone their skills and knowledge of end-to-end AI transformation.

As a Senior Associate, you’ll be part of a close-knit team - scoping, building and delivering impactful AI projects for our pharmaceutical clients. We’ll look to you to build trusted client relationships, analyse requirements and feedback, stay on top of workflows and help to ensure our bespoke AI solutions are optimised for real-world operations.

Responsibilities:

- Managing individual work streams to support the successful delivery and implementation of bespoke AI solutions.

- Working side-by-side with life sciences stakeholders to understand critical mission challenges and user needs.

- Conducting open-source analysis to support the development of cutting-edge AI tools.

- Translating complex operational requirements into clear user stories for delivery and engineering teams.

- Designing and testing workflows that support user-centric decision-making in high-stakes environments.

- Collaborating closely with technical teams to ensure projects run smoothly and solutions meet customer needs.

- Contributing to internal thought leadership, strategy, and capability development across the team.

Requirements:

- Prior consulting experience delivering technical transformation projects.

- Experience working in a Life Sciences company, or with Life Sciences clients.

- Experience working alongside technical experts in Data Science / Machine Learning / Software engineering to scope, design and deploy a solution.

- Analytical thinking, clear communication of ideas, and synthesis of complex information.

- External client-facing experience and building trusted relationships which have contributed to project success.

- Understanding of Agile and related methodologies, and iterative development and continuous delivery.

- Proactive approach in ambiguous situations, taking initiative and owning finding solutions to challenges.
