## Description

As a member of the ShipBob Team, you will grow with an Ownership Mindset, collaborate with peers and leaders, and experience a high-performance culture.

You will be working within one of several teams: Receiving, Picking, Packing, or other duties as required.

Responsibilities include:

- Ensuring products are handled, stored, and distributed safely and efficiently

- Following standard operating procedures and reporting any concerns

- Supporting traceability through accurate record-keeping

- Contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and product safety awareness

Requirements:

- Ability to work scheduled shifts, including overtime and weekends

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk continuously during an 8-10 hr shift

- Ability to bend, stoop, reach above, and push/pull frequently

- Detail-oriented and able to adapt to change quickly

- Previous warehouse experience not required
