## Description

Join Twilio as a Strategic Account Executive, playing a key role in growing the business across EMEA with a focus on Southern Europe. You will manage fast-growing customers in the region, focusing on product cross and up-sell, GP growth, and sourcing net new opportunities.

Responsibilities:

- Service the fastest growing customers in the region

- Grow revenue and gross profit share of wallet within key accounts

- Open doors to the purchase of Twilio's products and services, including voice, messaging, email, contact centre, and account security software

- Maintain the highest levels of customer satisfaction

- Create pricing proposals, negotiate terms, and manage the contract process

- Sell solutions to technical and business audiences

- Build trust and mutual respect with technical customers and peers

- Think creatively and communicate complex details simply

- Balance priorities and handle multiple projects/deals simultaneously

Qualifications:

- Native or bilingual proficiency in English and Hebrew

- 6+ years of Account Management/Sales experience selling complex technical solutions

- History of working with large multinational enterprise customers to SMB

- Demonstrated success achieving quota consistently

- Track record of Account Management experience and understanding of cross-selling and upselling solutions

- Solid understanding of financial reporting within a direct customer base

Location: Remote - United Kingdom Travel: Approximately 25% travel anticipated
