## Description

We are looking for a Consultant, Managed Services to join our Mavens team, which delivers Salesforce-based solutions to the life sciences industry.

The successful candidate will work closely with customers post-implementation to support long-term success with our solutions.

Responsibilities:

- Lead stakeholder engagement through weekly status calls, third-party vendor alignments, and design reviews

- Manage project documentation, including status call content and Rolling Action Item Logs

- Plan releases, create and maintain release timelines, and support customers with release candidate prioritization

- Provide technical recommendations and collaborate with customers to define a clear roadmap

- Maintain clear and proactive communication with internal stakeholders

- Analyze business needs and prepare for requirements gathering sessions

- Assess Level of Effort for functional items and complete or delegate build/configuration changes

- Manage repositories and promote completed builds to higher environments

- Perform System Integration Testing and provide guidance/support for User Acceptance Testing

- Handle user lifecycle and maintain data integrity

- Investigate reported issues and triage/escalate problems as needed

- Create and update reports and perform data extractions/exports for customers

Requirements:

- Strong understanding of how applications work and ability to envision solutions on the Force.com platform

- Ability to provide technical assistance and advise customers on product features and enhancements

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

- Experience authoring requirements, system specifications, and application guides

- Understanding of core project management concepts

- Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical experience is a significant plus

- Bachelor's degree preferred; Salesforce Certification is required
