## Description

Anthropic's go-to-market organisation is growing quickly, and priorities cut across multiple teams. We're looking for a strategic program manager to own initiatives end-to-end, driving solutions from strategy to results.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Own strategic GTM programs from scoping to launch and iteration

- Act as a thought partner to Sales and GTM leaders

- Turn ambiguous problems into structured analysis and clear plans

- Align and drive teams across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and more

- Engage senior executives on program status and outcomes

- Manage change and define success metrics

- Use AI tools daily to analyse, model, and build faster

- Create templates, cadence, and reporting for future programs

**Minimum Qualifications:**

- Led complex cross-functional programs

- Track record of turning ambiguous problems into recommendations

- Drove initiatives to completion across teams without formal authority

- Analytical skills: building business cases and quantitative models

- Clear written and verbal communication

- Working understanding of an enterprise sales organisation

- Built programs or processes where none existed

- Motivated by Anthropic's mission to develop safe and beneficial AI

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Background in strategy consulting

- Experience running sales or GTM programs with measured results

- Experience working within a sales operating cadence

- Hands-on experience using AI tools daily

- Experience at a company selling technical or AI products

- Experience as an early hire in a new team or function

**Logistics:**

- Annual Salary: $270,000-$310,000 USD

- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

- Required field of study: Relevant to the role

- Location-based hybrid policy: 25% office time
