## Description

The Pharmacy Practice Manager role at Asda is a hybrid position focusing on patient care and commercial goals. You will report to the Area Manager and be responsible for delivering pharmacy-related targets, managing the store Pharmacist and pharmacy colleagues, and ensuring excellent patient experiences.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading, coaching, and developing the pharmacy team

- Ensuring high standards of patient safety and professional customer service

- Supporting the development of direct reports and locums

- Maintaining compliance with GPhC operating standards and clinical governance

Requirements:

- Fully qualified pharmacist registered with the GPhC

- Accredited to deliver national and local services for the NHS and private healthcare

- Experience in line management and pharmacy practice

- Ability to balance clinical and managerial responsibilities

Rota: Week 1: Monday 09:00 - 20:00, Wednesday 09:00 - 20:00 Week 2: Thursday 09:00 - 20:00, Saturday 09:00 - 20:00
