## Description

We are seeking a Business Insights Analyst to join our Sales team in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

As a Business Insights Analyst, you will act as a strategic partner to commercial areas, transforming data into actionable insights to support decision-making and drive business results.

Responsibilities:

- Understand stakeholder needs and translate business demands into analysis, metrics, and dashboards.

- Develop, maintain, and evolve dashboards and management reports using commercial data.

- Work with market and sales indicators, focusing on developing tools and tracking execution KPIs through measuring assortment, extra points, and activation material implementation.

- Support the execution culture agenda by providing relevant insights on activation performance across channels.

- Conduct training and capacity-building sessions for commercial teams.

- Validate the quality and consistency of information available in databases.

- Collaborate with IT teams to translate business rules and analytical requirements into technical specifications.

- Interact with external technology and data suppliers to resolve issues, align rules, and continuously improve processes.
