## Description

## SENIOR ACCOUNTANT

The duties of the WRT Accountant will include:

### Accounts Payable & Payments

- Prepare, process, and execute supplier payments and ensure timely supplier follow-up

- Manage and reconcile corporate credit card statements

### Tax & Compliance

- Perform monthly VAT reconciliations

- Prepare and submit mandatory reports to the National Bank of Belgium (NBB)

- Assist in the preparation of annual accounts, related documentation, and tax returns

### Reporting & Closing

- Support monthly financial closing and reporting

- Assist with quarterly reporting activities

- Perform monthly fixed asset reconciliations

- Support the preparation of the annual audit

### Internal Support & Collaboration

- Provide first-line accounting support to internal stakeholders

- Assist with the preparation of sales invoices in Microsoft Dynamics 365

The WRT accountant should have the following profile:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting

- Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role

- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken

- Strong professional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365

- Excellent analytical skills with a structured and methodical approach

- Hands-on mindset with a flexible “can-do” and “will-do” attitude

- Ability to manage workload effectively and perform under tight deadlines

- Proactive and solution-oriented problem solver

- Strong motivation to achieve objectives and deliver results
