## Description

We are seeking a Vice President of Sales and Distribution to join our Asset & Wealth Management team in Mumbai. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving mutual fund sales through distributor networks and client relationships.

Core responsibilities include:

- Building and managing relationships with banks, IFAs, and national distributors to expand the IFA network and deepen penetration in the assigned region

- Owning quarterly/annual sales budgets, focusing on AUM growth, and meeting/exceeding mutual fund sales targets

- Presenting fund strategies, market views, and portfolio solutions to IFAs, relationship managers, and institutional clients

- Conducting internal/external training sessions, product workshops, and webinars for internal teams and advisors

- Gathering feedback from the field, sharing competitor and flow trends, and working with product teams to refine positioning and campaigns

- Ensuring all sales activities adhere to SEBI/AMFI guidelines, KYC/AML norms, and internal risk/compliance policies

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in mutual fund distribution, wealth sales, or private banking

- NISM VA certification is mandatory

- Graduate/postgraduate in finance, business, or related fields

- Strong relationship management, negotiation, presentation skills; comfort with sales pipelines, Excel/CRM reporting, and basic portfolio analytics
