## Description

Join Salesforce's Futureforce University Recruiting program as a 1-year intern in LATAM, working with the Alliances and Channels team. You'll gain hands-on experience, develop professionally, and contribute to customer success in the region.

**Responsibilities:**

- Recruit and develop net new partners across various clouds and industries

- Manage daily business processes, including partner lead administration and onboarding

- Support partner marketing activities and communications

- Assist with partner funding and financial operations

- Collaborate with the team on strategic initiatives to expand Salesforce's reach in LATAM

- Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and Futureforce program events

**Requirements:**

- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree with graduation between December 2027 and June 2028

- Strong academic record

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English

- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment

- Proactive problem-solver with a strong willingness to learn and adapt

- Demonstrated passion for technology, business partnerships, and customer success

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Prior experience or coursework related to sales, business development, marketing, or operations

- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) or cloud technologies

- Demonstrated interest in partner ecosystems or channel management

- Experience with relevant coursework, extracurricular activities, or community involvement

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
