## Description

We are looking for a Senior Credit Analyst to join our Growth & Analytics team. As a Senior Credit Analyst, you will play a key role in driving meaningful change in our consumer finance products in the UK or USA markets.

You will be part of a collaborative, ambitious organisation where ideas are encouraged and bureaucracy is minimal. Your work will have a tangible impact, driving strategic decisions and enhancing our portfolio performance.

Key responsibilities include:

- Defining and refining credit strategies that align with our evolving portfolio goals

- Discovering insights from data using tools like Python and SQL to address key business questions

- Collaborating cross-functionally with product, engineering, data, and operations teams to implement strategies

- Monitoring and assessing the success of implemented strategies and continuously identifying areas for improvement

To succeed in this role, you will need:

- Daily coding experience with proficiency in Python and/or SQL

- Proven experience in credit risk strategy, ideally within credit card lending

- A strategic mindset and the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable decisions

- A focus on delivering results that align with both commercial and customer needs

- A collaborative, open approach and a willingness to challenge your own assumptions
