## Description

Diageo is seeking a Manufacturing Business Performance Improvement Program Manager to develop and implement strategies that drive sustained business performance improvements in USL manufacturing, aligned with Diageo's Global Manufacturing Excellence Standards.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

- Ensuring adherence to Global Supply ManEx processes and leveraging best practices to improve performance

- Standardizing process improvement approaches across units to achieve consistent and sustainable results

- Sustaining improvements in Global Supply Make KPIs against unit-level performance targets

- Demonstrating managerial leadership to develop team capabilities and drive Diageo Leadership standards

- Guiding auditable improvement in employee technical capabilities and culture shift

- Driving implementation of improvement programs and culture change

- Developing specific manufacturing performance improvement initiatives to optimize cost, eliminate waste, and improve operational flexibility

The ideal candidate will have:

- A Mechanical or Industrial Engineering degree, with an MS or MBA preferred

- At least 5 years of experience in consumer goods manufacturing production improvement

- Thorough knowledge of Manufacturing Excellence principles

- Strong focus on process improvement, waste reduction, and efficiency optimization

- Root cause analysis and problem-solving skills

- Hands-on experience with team leadership and demonstrated ability to implement and sustain culture change

- Excellent communication skills and a track record of outstanding employee development
