## Description

We are seeking a Senior Technical Support Analyst to join our Workplace Technology team at Trainline. As a senior technical position and leadership role, you will take genuine ownership of problems, standards, team capability, and the overall service we deliver to Trainliners.

**Responsibilities:**

- Provide technical leadership and team ownership, acting as a technical escalation point for the team

- Mentor and upskill junior and mid-level engineers

- Set and maintain quality standards for ticket management, documentation, and technical investigations

- Drive team readiness and identify skill gaps

- Lead by example in attitude, thoroughness, communication, and follow-through

**Technical Requirements:**

- Advanced administration of Microsoft 365 services, Azure Active Directory, and Identity Management

- Experience with JAMF Pro and Microsoft Intune/Autopilot

- Knowledge of AV/VC hardware and software, including room systems and conferencing platforms

- Understanding of networks, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN, WAN, and wireless

- Experience with scripting languages, including Windows Command Line/PowerShell and Apple Scripting/BASH

**Nice to Have:**

- Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-102)

- Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert or Security Administrator Associate

- Azure fundamentals

- Apple certifications for MacOS: ACSP (ACTC), JAMF 100

- CompTIA A+ or Network+

- ITIL Foundation v4 or V5
