## Description

As an AWS Cloud/Windows Engineer/Server Administrator at GDIT, you will play a crucial role in supporting an information technology enterprise. You will help ensure the smooth operation of cloud technology and Windows systems.

**Responsibilities:**

- Set up and manage servers in Commercial Cloud Enterprise (C2E)

- Work with AWS Services and cloud technologies

- Diagnose problems with systems deployed to AWS

- Coordinate with components throughout the Sponsor to ensure proper interpretation, integration, deployment, or operational support

- Manage server technologies, including MVS, Linux, UNIX, and Windows

- Support Enterprise Information Technology (EIT) and utility and security applications

- Work in a multi-system and multi-application environment with multiple specialties

- Anticipate impact on respective operating systems

- Understand organizational standards for operating configurations, security constraints, and procedures

- Solve complex technical problems independently

- Use analytical planning and organizational skills

- Apply project management techniques to plan and execute projects

- Communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences

- Work independently on routine tasks and as part of a team

- Collaborate with system developers to elicit requirements and engage in joint project planning

- Track requirements and research the latest technological developments

**Requirements:**

- 5+ years of related experience

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline

- Top Secret SCI + Polygraph clearance

- US Citizenship required
