## Description

We are seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst to join our team at Davies. You will be responsible for accurate and timely processing of invoices and expense claims, as well as other accounts payable activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process supplier invoices, payments, and reconciliations in a timely and accurate manner

- Match purchase orders, goods receipts, and invoices, and resolve any discrepancies

- Ensure compliance with control frameworks and approval protocols

- Track supplier queries and complaints, and drive resolution through escalation routes

- Ensure tax compliance for all invoices

- Complete supplier account reconciliations

- Provide excellent support to vendors, employees, and internal contacts

- Process company travel and expenses through ERPs and applications

- Track T&E queries and complaints, and drive resolution

- Ensure timely processing of activities to support close periods

- Work with other departments to highlight issues and resolve problems

- Reconcile vendor statements and perform reviews and audits on employee expense claims

- Prepare master data vendor creation/change requests

- Administer and process corporate card requests and issuances

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise:

- Minimum 3 years' experience in Accounts Payable, with a total of 4-6 years' experience

- Previously worked in Accounts Payable in a shared services environment

- Bachelor of Commerce degree or related

- Knowledge of financial accounting, processes, and systems, with experience of ERPs

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
