## Description

Join Intermountain Health, a nationally recognized health system, as a Director of Cardiovascular Research and Faculty Team member in Salt Lake City, Utah. You will lead cardiovascular research at scale, shape enterprise-wide impact, and have protected research time and executive leadership.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Lead and expand cardiovascular clinical, outcomes, and pragmatic research programs

- Oversee NIH-funded, investigator-initiated, and industry-sponsored trials

- Mentor faculty, investigators, and research teams

- Develop enterprise strategy across outcomes research, clinical trials, and prevention-focused innovation

**Requirements:**

- MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine

- Board Certified/ Board Eligible in a Cardiology specialty

- Unrestricted Utah MD or DO license or the ability to obtain an unrestricted license

- U.S. ACGME Residency

- Experience in conducting industry-sponsored clinical research trials

- Experience as a Medical Director or Medical Executive
