## Description

We are seeking a Food & Beverage Team Leader to join our team at Target. As a Food & Beverage Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of hourly team members to deliver a consistent guest experience. You will ensure that products are fresh, in stock, available, and accurately priced and signed on the sales floor.

The starting pay range for this position per hour is $21.75 - $23.75. The full pay range for this position per hour is $21.75 - $37.00.

As a Food & Beverage Team Leader, you will:

- Consistently deliver guest experience commitments to create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience.

- Ensure every team member understands, is trained, and consistently delivers on Target’s guest experience commitments and consistent operations.

- Actively observe and provide feedback, holding team members accountable while recognising great guest experience moments.

- Review area guest, financial, and team outcome metrics to identify opportunities, take action to improve, and align team on the right behaviours and execution.

- Understand sales goals, plan and execute daily/weekly workload to deliver on department and store sales goals and guest engagement.

We are looking for someone who:

- Enjoys interacting and helping others, including guests and fellow team members.

- Thrives in a fast-moving, highly active and physically demanding role, where teamwork, flexibility, and creative problem-solving are key to success.

- Is open to working a variable work schedule with varying hours, days or shifts.

Requirements:

- Must be at least 18 years old or older.

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Previous retail and/or food experience preferred, but not required.

- Strong interest and knowledge of the Food & Beverage business.

- Lead and hold others accountable.

- Communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed.

- Work independently and as part of a team.

- Manage workload and prioritise tasks independently.

- Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes.

- Welcoming and helpful attitude towards all guests and other team members.

- Effective communication skills.
