## Description

We are seeking a General Practitioner to join our team at Silverlock Medical Practice as part of Operose Health.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical care to patients, working with clinical leads and local practice teams, and supporting the delivery of the surgeries' operational plans.

Key responsibilities include:

- Delivering high-quality clinical care to patients

- Working with clinical leads and local practice teams to support the delivery of the surgeries' operational plans

- Maintaining quality within the practice through participation in clinical governance activities

- Striving for improvements in health outcomes

- Adhering to GMC standards

The ideal candidate will have:

- Current registration with GMC and NHS performers list

- GP accreditation - MRCGP examination or equivalent experience

- Clear commitment to delivering quality and patient-focused services

- Sound knowledge of QOF, LCS, DES, CQUINs, and use of appropriate coding

- Ideally, a working knowledge of clinical systems such as SystmOne or EMISweb
