### Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Student Marketeer to join our team at Red Bull. As a Student Marketeer, you will be responsible for creating and executing sales and marketing plans to build the Red Bull brand within the student community and beyond.

### Responsibilities

- Be an ambassador for the Red Bull brand and product, representing the company in a professional manner through daily interactions with consumers and clients.

- Develop and execute a personalized and innovative plan on campus, involving students and promoting the Red Bull brand.

- Establish a strong network of contacts with key stakeholders.

- Drive engagement with the Red Bull brand on social media through authentic content.

- Work at Red Bull events and supported events to ensure an unforgettable brand experience for consumers.

- Build relationships with local customers at points of sale, ensuring the availability and visibility of Red Bull products.

- Collaborate with sales teams to open new distribution points for Red Bull on campus and beyond.

- Ensure excellent execution and attention to detail in all areas of activity.

- Share ideas and collaborate with the team through regular online and offline interactions.

- Plan and report activities through a dedicated online platform.

### Requirements

- Currently enrolled at UFSCAR - Sorocaba.

- Studying Administration, Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, Advertising and Propaganda, or Marketing from the second semester of 2028 onwards.

- Valid driver's license category B.

- Availability for 6-hour workdays (commercial hours).

- Passionate about the Red Bull brand and product.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Charismatic, energetic, positive, and extroverted personality.

- Immersed in student life with a broad understanding of the university scene, city, and region.

- Highly accessible and sociable, able to relate to different people in various situations.

- Creative mindset and entrepreneurial spirit with a high sense of responsibility and initiative.

- Ability to balance part-time work and studies.

- Affinity and desire to learn and apply new skills, especially in marketing and sales.

- Connected to various groups and influential individuals on campus.
