## Description

The Joules Supervisor will lead the sales team by example, providing excellent customer service and ensuring the team does the same. The Supervisor will think commercially and work with the Store Manager to create a unique shopping experience for Joules customers. The role involves supporting the development of the sales team, setting up and delivering exceptional retail operational standards, and driving profitability.
