## Description

We are seeking an Account Executive to join our sales and go-to-market team based in Japan. As an Account Executive, you will work closely with our customers, understanding their goals and objectives, and proposing Zscaler solutions to help them achieve their digital transformation.

Responsibilities:

- Build relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives

- Develop long-term account strategies based on customer goals

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to reflect customer needs in account planning

- Understand customer businesses, set specific goals, and propose Zscaler solutions

Requirements:

- 10+ years of full-cycle sales experience in software or security industry

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

- Strategic sales experience, including engagement with corporate customers and selling to executive levels

- Business-level Japanese language skills

- Basic understanding of AI/ML technology

Nice to Have:

- Established network with existing or prospective customers

- Deep understanding of customer purposes and challenges

- Knowledge of strategic sales planning and experience acquiring new customers

- Experience with AI-powered sales intelligence, predictive analytics, or conversational AI platforms
