## Description

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Senior Power Electronics Design Engineer to join their Power Systems Development team in Bengaluru, India.

As a Senior Power Electronics Design Engineer, you will be an Individual Contributor responsible for designing and developing power solutions for HPE's products, including Front End and Board Mount Power technologies.

Key responsibilities include:

- Defining design requirements and selecting critical components

- Designing, simulating, and schematically capturing power circuit blocks

- Coordinating with Board Level and PCB Layout Engineers

- Bringing up and characterizing prototype designs

- Preparing and reviewing test plans and supervising tests

- Leading technical peer reviews and participating in mentoring less experienced team members

Requirements:

- 10+ years of related Power Design Engineering experience

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering; Master's degree preferred

- Solid experience with schematic capture and simulation tools, including SPICE

- Practical background with multilayer PCB Layout tools and techniques

- Familiarity with power development CAD tools such as Cadence Sigrity PowerDC

- Working knowledge of communication interfaces such as I2C/PMBus and firmware design experience
