## Description

We are seeking a Manager, Pricing to join our team at Prudential.

As a Manager, Pricing, you will be responsible for assisting the Senior Manager or Team Lead in defining and implementing appropriate Actuarial standards and work processes in relation to the provision of actuarial services.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Lead the product development and pricing process with other relevant departments, such as Marketing, IT, and Operations, to design products that meet the company's profitability targets and risk appetite.

- Provide technical support and specifications for new insurance products.

- Recommend pricing assumptions and profitability targets, and undertake pricing of products using Prophet.

- Provide accurate and timely actuarial support to the Product Implementation Team, including reviewing policyholder documentation and sales materials.

- Review and analyze Prophet model office financial output, and perform reasonableness checks as needed.

- Interpret and communicate results to internal and external stakeholders, and prepare pricing documentation for submission to relevant committees and regulators.

- Assess risks associated with new products, and identify mitigating solutions to manage those risks.

- Participate in company-wide business initiatives, such as product and process reviews, and provide general actuarial advice and expertise as needed.

**Requirements:**

- Degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or a related field.

- Good progress in actuarial professional examinations.

- At least 5 years of relevant working experience.

- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with proficiency in programming tools such as Visual Basic.

- Practical knowledge of Prophet or other projection software is preferred.

- Meticulous and able to work under pressure, with strong self-motivation and ability to work independently.
