## Description

Electronic Arts creates next-level entertainment experiences that inspire players and fans around the world. As a Senior Accountant, you will play a vital role in the North America close processes, preparation of the Global reporting package for senior management, Controllership projects, and developing process efficiencies.

Your responsibilities will include:

Performing monthly close activities for North America, including journal entry preparation, balance sheet account reconciliations, and review and analysis of relevant aspects of the balance sheet, cash flow and P&L. Helping prepare global close schedules intended for senior management and wider finance teams. Providing technical accounting guidance and general ledger business support to our partners, including Marketing, Studios, Operations, Corporate, and Finance teams. Developing and maintaining External Audit and SOX documentation related to your role. Identifying process improvements and helping with global standardization. Preparing memos on accounting issues as required. Reviewing business contracts for accounting interpretation and guidance. Working on projects aimed at enhancing our reporting environment, globally aligning our accounting practices, and improving documentation.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent, CPA (or equivalent) preferred. 3 years of relevant financial accounting experience.
