## What you'll do

You'll be involved in the development and documentation of the best repair and service solutions, with the right spare parts and custom-made tools, whether digital or hands-on – always with the goal of optimizing workshop visits for our customers' vehicles.

- Responsibility 1: Project development for technical service concepts

- Responsibility 2: Representation of service interests in the product development process and cross-brand cooperation

- Responsibility 3: Technical editing

- Responsibility 4: Workshop and customer media

- Responsibility 5: Vehicle diagnosis

- Responsibility 6: Workshop equipment

- Responsibility 7: Definition of spare and exchange parts

- Responsibility 8: Anlauf and test management

- Responsibility 9: Project and platform management, as well as international insurance classification

- Responsibility 10: Digitalization and use of artificial intelligence

## What you need

- Required skill 1: Studienplatz for Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau, Mechatronik, Fahrzeugtechnik, Elektrotechnik, Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, technischen Redaktion or a comparable study program (at least in the 3rd semester or in the gap year between Bachelor and Master)

- Required skill 2: Begeisterung for Porsche Fahrzeuge

- Required skill 3: Interesse an Kundendienst-/Werkstattabläufen

- Required skill 4: Strukturierte, analytische und selbständige Arbeitsweise

- Required skill 5: Spaß an der Teamarbeit

- Required skill 6: Flexibilität und Kommunikationsfähigkeit

- Required skill 7: Ein sicherer Umgang mit MS Office

- Required skill 8: Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse (min. B2)
