Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest-growing retailer.

You'll be a resilient and committed brand ambassador who’s ready to raise the bar by confidently recommending and selling our newest food products to our customers.

Responsibilities:

- Deliver five-star service at pace

- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Contribute to a positive, high-energy environment

- Work across various areas of the store, adapting to changing demands

Requirements:

Working hours: Week 1:

- Sunday 14:30-22:15

- Tuesday 15:30-23:15

- Wednesday 15:30-23:15

- Thursday 15:30-23:15

- Friday 15:30-23:15

W2:

- Monday 15:30-23:15

- Saturday 15:30-23:15

Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

£3.00 p/h unsocial premium added on hours worked between 22:00-06:00.
