As a Senior Engineering Manager, Cloud Infrastructure, you will lead and build an engineering team for a cloud-based creator platform.

## Job Responsibilities

- Lead and build the engineering team for the cloud-based creator platform: learn its systems and engineering processes, hire and onboard new engineers, and make the platform independently operable.

## Pre-Requisites

- Ramp up on the platform's architecture and operations by pairing with retained engineers, participating in on-call rotations, and documenting knowledge in runbooks.

- Manage the blended team day-to-day, including retained and incoming engineers.

- Develop and execute an onboarding path for new engineers, including curriculum development from technical documentation, shadowing rotations, and per-subsystem sign-off criteria.

- Identify and mitigate knowledge-transfer risks by maintaining a subsystem-ownership map, flagging single-person dependencies, and prioritizing their elimination.

- Provide technical input to integration decisions.
