## Description

As a Client Associate/Registered Client Associate at RBC Wealth Management, you will be an integral part of our branch serving financial advisors and clients. You will use your administrative and operational skills to help advisors manage and grow their business, demonstrating a client-first approach while meeting compliance standards.

Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients by assisting them and answering account questions.

- Take initiative to handle account inquiries and customer needs, escalating to financial advisors when necessary.

- Adhere to compliance standards by obtaining and maintaining appropriate account documentation and communicating with clients about required items.

- Facilitate the transfer of funds and securities, complete trades in client accounts, and process checks, wires, and ACHs in a timely manner.

- Maintain confidentiality according to RBC's Code of Conduct.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or relevant job experience.

- Strong soft skills, including verbal and written communication, interpersonal skills, organisational abilities, and client service skills.

- Attention to detail with a focus on improving advisor efficiency and effectiveness.

- Series 7 and 66 (or 63/65) licenses, or willingness to obtain within 12 months of hire.

- Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing business and technology environment.
