Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Straiton Retail Park Food Hall, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK's fastest-growing retailer. We're seeking passionate individuals who take pride in their knowledge of M&S Food products and are ready to deliver five-star service at pace.

Responsibilities include:

- Providing remarkable service to customers

- Confidently recommending and selling new food products

- Utilising digital tools to enhance the customer experience

- Contributing to a positive, high-energy environment

- Adapting to changing demands of the retail environment

Requirements:

- Down-to-earth and resilient with excellent communication skills

- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment

- Digitally confident with experience of using digital tools

- Flexibility to work across various areas of the store

**Working Hours:** Sunday 06:00-10:00 Thursday 06:00-10:00 Friday 06:00-10:00 **Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.**
