## Description

We are seeking a Senior Principal Business Planning Specialist to lead and coordinate planning and operations within Honda's Auto Development Center (ADC) Operations Business Unit. The successful candidate will have a strong background in business planning, process improvement, and leadership.

The role involves:

- Communicating strategy and plans to stakeholders

- Identifying and prioritizing operational goals

- Standardizing and automating processes to improve productivity and efficiency
