## Description

Join M&S as a Christmas Customer Assistant at Fosse Park, Leicester. Work part-time, flexible hours, including Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays from 10:00 to 14:00. Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

As a Customer Assistant, you'll provide five-star service, meet strong customer demand, and drive sales growth. Responsibilities include:

- Delivering style advice and recommending products to customers

- Utilising digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Contributing to a positive, high-energy team environment

- Adapting to changing demands and working across various areas of the store
