## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Parc Llandudno, where you'll provide exceptional customer service, work collaboratively as part of a team, and drive sales growth.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Providing five-star service to customers at pace

- Confidently recommending and selling M&S Food products

- Utilising digital tools to enhance the customer experience

- Adapting to changing demands and working across various areas of the store

- Contributing to a positive, high-energy environment

As a Customer Assistant, you will be expected to thrive in a high-pressure environment, remain digitally confident, and be flexible with your work schedule.

Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

Working hours:

- Sunday: 06:00-10:00

- Monday: 06:00-10:00

- Tuesday: 06:00-10:00

- Saturday: 06:00-10:00
