We offer full-time or part-time BCBA opportunities with a salary range of USD 90,000-110,000 per year. Our BCBAs work remotely and provide high-quality care to families across various states.

## Responsibilities and Duties

- Conduct intake evaluations, including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments.

- Design treatment plans of care.

- Supervise and monitor the progress of behavior technicians.

- Develop positive behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans with individualised goals.

- Supervise and train ABA technicians, implementing and monitoring progress.

- Provide support during family conversations to ensure understanding of assessment results and treatment recommendations.

- Graph data, adjust strategies as needed, and provide routine progress summaries.

## Requirements:

- Valid BCBA Certificate.

- Experience working with children and teens diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.

- Vehicle required for travel between assignments, and valid driver's license.

## Schedule

- Monday to Friday.

- Weekends as needed.
