## Description

Electronic Arts is seeking a Producer for its EA SPORTS F1 team. The Producer will oversee the end-to-end production of marketing, motion, and design assets for the global racing franchise.

Responsibilities:

- Organise asset production and delivery to meet campaign milestones

- Manage schedules, track assets, and provide pipeline visibility to partners

- Lead asset discussions with senior partners across brand, dev, comms, and craft

- Translate feedback from Creative/Brand Leads and racing licensors into actionable steps

- Coordinate resource sourcing, including music licensing and brand approvals

- Manage compliance, budgeting, and vendor resources

- Collaborate with internal craft teams and external vendors

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in creative production within gaming, creative agencies, post-production, VFX, or sports entertainment

- Experience managing full-cycle creative campaigns and onboarding external vendors

- Hands-on experience with production scheduling tools like Airtable and Asana

- Ability to navigate brand guidelines and coordinate asset reviews with high-profile licensors

- Collaborative approach with complex project management skills

- Keen interest in sports, particularly Formula 1 and motorsport culture
