## Description

Join the team in the M&S Café in Newbury, a busy store environment where customers come to recharge. As a Customer Assistant, you will provide warm, five-star service, make great food and drink recommendations, and ensure the café operates smoothly.

Your tasks will include:

- being digitally confident to take and fulfil orders efficiently

- maintaining high food safety standards while managing orders and queues

- delivering quality under pressure and focusing on five-star service

- supporting colleagues and contributing to a high-performance culture

- adapting quickly to meet customer needs and work flexibly where needed

The role involves working part-time hours, with potential to work up to full-time hours during peak periods in December. You will be a brand ambassador, representing M&S and providing excellent customer service.
