## Description

We are seeking a UK Registered Nurse (RMN, RNLD) to join our nurse staff bank at Barnet Lane Clinic in Borehamwood. As a Bank Staff Nurse, you will have the flexibility to choose your shifts and work as often as you like. You will be responsible for ensuring people with complex needs receive high-quality care, while supporting your colleagues and promoting good teamwork.

The service operates 24/7 with 12.5-hour standard shifts. You will be on a zero-hour contract, giving you the freedom to choose which shifts you want to work each week.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A relevant nursing qualification

- NMC registration

- Previous experience in a similar setting

- Strong team-working skills

- A high level of self-motivation and a flexible approach

- A positive attitude and be naturally caring and compassionate

- A good sense of humour
