## Description

We are looking for a hardworking, innovative, and collaborative HCM Functional Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will ensure the successful implementation of the Workday HCM solution with customers through product and implementation expertise.

**Responsibilities**

- Ensure the successful implementation of the Workday HCM solution with customers

- Capture requirements, configure, convert data, and test the solution

- Partner with customers and project teams to deliver successful project outcomes

- Mentor and share product knowledge with other consultants

- Assist the Integration Consulting team in configuring and testing integrations between Workday and third-party/custom solutions

- Create and execute lifecycle test scenarios for all testing cycles

- Ensure optimal test coverage and test execution

**Requirements**

- Minimum 10+ years of functional experience in HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Recruiting, Talent, Performance Management, Time & Absence software solutions or systems

- Experience as a Solution Architect in an end-to-end implementation

- Previous consulting experience preferred

- Proven track record of successfully implementing and supporting HCM solutions

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities

- Ability to learn technology quickly

**Nice to Have**

- Validated project management experience

- Functional experience

- Experience deploying multiple projects simultaneously

- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience required

- Ability to work across different SKU’s simultaneously
