## Description

As an HR Generalist at TaskUs, you will be the primary person responsible for taking care of employees, focusing on Employee or Labor Relations.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Conducting NTE reviews and validations

- Performing initial investigations and administrative hearings, making recommendations for decisions aligned with the company's code of conduct

- Handling DOLE cases, managing data, and ensuring data accuracy

- Advising stakeholders on people-related issues and concerns

- Conducting FGDs and policy roadshows

- Handling employee grievances

To qualify, you should have:

- At least 2 years of experience, preferably in a BPO setting as a generalist or supervisor

- Strong background in employee/labor relations

- Strong analytical skills

- Ability to work independently

- Willingness to work on-site and on a night shift/rotating schedule
