## Description

We are seeking a Customer Consultant (m/f/d) Securities to join our team at Postbank Filialvertrieb AG in Offenburg.

As a Customer Consultant, you will be responsible for providing demand-oriented advice on our broad range of investment and precautionary products, with a focus on securities business.

Your tasks will include:

- Building sustainable customer relationships through personal conversations and telephone contact

- Taking responsibility for caring for customers in one or more branches

- Working closely with branch teams

- Organising your workday independently and being a competent contact person for customers around the topic of securities

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Sales talent with a passion for working with people from diverse backgrounds

- Completed banking training or comparable qualification

- Certified qualification as an investment advisor, which can be proven by a suitable document or acquired during the induction process

- High service competence and resilience in everyday work, as well as openness to rapidly changing framework conditions

- Knowledge of economic interrelationships and the capital market
