## Job Purpose

As a Salesforce Architect, you will play a crucial role in driving customer success through AI-powered solutions. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop strategies to implement Salesforce solutions that meet those needs.

## Key Features of this Role

- As an advisor or prime vendor, you will lead projects from service inception to completion.

- You will propose the latest AI solutions to clients, such as Agentforce, and provide high-quality consulting services using AI.

- You will have opportunities to acquire a wide range of skills, from planning to implementation and operation.

## Main Responsibilities

As a Salesforce Architect, you will perform consulting tasks using your expertise. Initially, you will be assigned one of the following roles, which will be determined during the selection process:

### Project Manager (PM)

- Lead projects and ensure their successful completion.

### Business Architect (BA)

- Develop business strategies, design business processes, and lead implementation.

### Solution Architect (SA)

- Design applications, data models, and multi-cloud architectures.

### Technical Architect (TA)

- Design and implement integrations, security, and system architecture.

## Main Projects

### A. Strategy and Change Design

- Develop transformation plans and roadmaps for organisations and systems.

- Design business process reforms and organisational transformations.

- Develop Salesforce organisation strategies and governance plans.

### B. Project Execution and Support

- Support or execute various phases of projects, from requirements definition to release.

- Manage projects, define requirements, design solutions, and test implementations.

### C. Governance and Optimisation

- Establish and operate Salesforce governance.

- Diagnose and optimise existing environments.

## Requirements

### Must-Haves

- 5+ years of experience in transformation design and strategy, governance and optimisation, or project execution.

- 3+ years of team leadership experience.

- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to negotiate with stakeholders.

- Strong foundation in business requirements and Salesforce technical terminology.

- Critical thinking and unlearning skills.

- Fluent Japanese and good English reading skills.

### Nice to Have

- Experience with AI and data-related projects.

- Global project execution capabilities.

- Experience with AI-driven business efficiency improvements.
