## Description

As an Enterprise Account Manager at HP, you will build strong professional working relationships with clients, including key IT and business executives.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Building and executing an Account Business Plan (ABP) to grow HP's presence and share in the account

- Researching and understanding the client's industry and developing a core understanding of their business needs and challenges

- Leveraging executive sponsors and other HP resources to strengthen HP's relationship and credibility with client influencers and decision makers

- Actively driving ABP results through effective account management and reviews

- Building and orchestrating sales pipeline activity and ensuring active nurturing of deals and movement of opportunities to close

- Nurturing and closing new solution opportunities that result in incremental orders, revenue, and margins for HP

- Engaging with the Solution Opportunity Approval & Review process (SOAR)

- Keeping the CRM system current, accurate, and relevant

To succeed in this role, you typically need 5-8 years of account management experience, solid knowledge of HP's breadth of solutions, and the ability to use knowledge in specialty and consultative selling skills to proactively help customers make IT business decisions.
