## Description

Join our team as a Physical Therapist and take advantage of $25,000 new hire incentives. As a Physical Therapist at ATI Physical Therapy, you will work with patients to help them recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions. You will develop and implement treatment plans, conduct assessments, and provide education to patients and their families.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct initial evaluations and assessments to identify patient needs and goals

- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patient needs

- Provide physical therapy interventions, including exercises, modalities, and manual therapies

- Educate patients and their families on proper techniques and self-care strategies

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements:

- Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

- Current licensure to practice physical therapy in Illinois

- Experience working with patients with a variety of conditions and ages

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
