## Description

We are seeking a (Senior) Claims Adjuster to join our team in Cologne. As a Claims Adjuster, you will be responsible for handling claims from start to finish, including correspondence with experts, lawyers, brokers, claimants, and trusted doctors.

Responsibilities:

- Handle claims independently and precisely, from initial registration to claims correspondence

- Manage administrative tasks, including setting up claims bookings and monitoring payment transactions

- Record claim data and create statistics, contract and portfolio profitability reports

- Collaborate closely with all relevant stakeholders

Requirements:

- Completed insurance-related training or a degree in law or business administration

- Preferably experience in claims handling for property and technical insurance or general liability insurance

- Good knowledge of English

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

- Team-oriented and willing to learn
