## Description

We are seeking an Assistant Manager/Officer to join the Office of Global Learning Experience. The successful candidate will provide support for study abroad programs, including administration, funding, event organization, marketing materials maintenance, and internal/external liaison.

You will be working in the Office of Global Learning Experience, a department that aims to enhance students' global learning experiences.

The starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits, including annual leave, medical and dental benefits, will be provided.

Responsibilities:

- Provide support for study abroad programs, including program administration and funding

- Organize events and maintain marketing materials

- Liaise with internal and external parties

- Support inbound and outbound overseas learning activities

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of relevant work experience in higher education or related areas

- Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese

- Strong communication and presentation skills

- Ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds
