## Description

We are seeking a Storage Sales Specialist to drive storage sales in an assigned territory, industry, or account(s). As a Storage Sales Specialist, you will be the primary Subject Matter Expert for Storage and related products. You will demonstrate a solid understanding of the features and benefits in the area of evolving storage technical solutions as well as how HPE solutions are differentiated from the competition.

Responsibilities:

- Drive storage sales in an assigned territory, industry, or account(s)

- Maintain an outside-in view, stay abreast of competitors, leverage HPE's opportunities and mitigate challenges

- Exercise deep expertise of end-to-end data solutions leveraging the HPE storage portfolio and ecosystem of partners

- Craft a story that makes complex technologies seem simple and understandable for customers

- Actively hunt for solution opportunities in acquisition and development accounts to pursue new business

- Generate customer interest and link business and financial benefits with technology

- Build stickiness through consultative engagements and financial constructs

- Forge relationships, provide enablement of key technologies, and co-sell to end-users

- Close plans for storage-related opportunities

Requirements:

- US citizenship

- Active TS/SCI with FSP clearance at time of application

- 6+ years of sales experience

- 3+ years of sales experience to the Intelligence Community

- Demonstrated achievement of progressively higher quota

- Experience in storage sales, typically 2-3+ years

- Extensive vertical industry knowledge required

- University or Bachelor's degree preferred
