## Description

We are seeking a Senior Operations Manager to lead the Luxe Vetting team at Airbnb. The Luxe Vetting team is responsible for onboarding new Luxe listings, defining and enforcing the quality bar for Luxe, and converting existing high-potential Marketplace listings into Luxe.

As a Senior Operations Manager, you will own the end-to-end onboarding process for new Luxe listings, build and run new listing acquisition and onboarding approaches, and partner cross-functionally to hit the team's growth targets. You will also drive shared programs with peer leads, represent the team in leadership settings, and track key metrics for your programs.

Responsibilities:

- Own and continuously improve end-to-end onboarding operations to meet the pace and quality the business requires

- Build and run new listing acquisition and onboarding approaches in partnership with Sales and other cross-functional teams

- Identify and close gaps in tooling and process so the team runs on durable systems rather than manual workarounds

- Manage program budgets and vendor relationships, including selecting external partners as needed

- Drive shared programs with peer leads from planning through execution, taking on new projects as team priorities evolve

- Represent the team in internal team meetings, cross-functional forums, and leadership settings as needed

- Track the key metrics for your programs, diagnose the drivers when performance slips, and identify and pull the levers to get back on track

Requirements:

- 8+ years of experience in program/operations management, sales or revenue operations, or supply chain operations in a high-growth, cross-functional environment

- Proven track record owning a pipeline or funnel end-to-end, from design through steady-state operation, including budget and vendor accountability

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including building dashboards and using data to drive decisions

- Deep, hands-on experience with Salesforce, including building dashboards and reports, and diagnosing and resolving pipeline or automation issues

- Comfortable getting things done with a sense of urgency and adapting quickly to changing priorities to hit project goals and objectives

- Proven track record navigating a matrixed organization and building relationships to achieve goals with cross-functional teams

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the presence and judgment to represent the team in leadership settings

- Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail and quality
